Prestolith Alu metallic putty is a two-component polyester metallic putty sold as a mixture of a moderately flexible, highly reactive, pre-accelerated amine resin with various fillers and environmentally friendly aluminum pigments.
Can be used as a filler in automotive repair, machine tool maintenance, and hobby projects. Ideal for applications requiring high extensibility over large areas. Surfaces such as metal, wood, various plastics, and concrete can be filled to the desired layer thickness with minimal effort. Cavities are filled and leveled, and thin areas are stabilized.
For both pre- and post-treatment of filler repairs, we recommend our Presto sandpaper. We stock a wide range of wet and dry sandpaper in various grits.
